Blending a mix of old world with the practicalities of the 2000's was the challenge when building this unique fit-out for Aulich Civil Law. The blend of timber floorboards and joinery with a mix of old world desks along side crisp white workstations is quite striking. The result is a functional and unique workspace that just works.

This fit-out was all in the planning, we were only able to close the store for 14 days and conduct works out of trading hours. All joinery and stainless steel was pre-made and ready to go from the moment we took possession of site. All works were completed within the time frame and our clients are delighted with the results.

The southern end of City Walk has long needed a facelift to make it more appealing and draw in more people. The combination of 5 metre high glazing and the colour selections for both alucobond and paint have visually transformed this entire area.

We have been working with WOTSO since 2014 building flexible workspaces ranging from private/group offices to open plan, collaborative coworking, meeting rooms and event areas. Their design ideas are always fun and edgy enabling us to create some different workspaces from the everyday.

Located in an extension to the Narellan Town Centre this GYG store was finished ahead of program and was in fact the first food outlet completed and ready to trade. This additional time gave the GYG franchisee additional set-up and training time allowing them to hit the ground running on opening day.

The architect had a real vision for this store which we are proud to have brought to life. Integrating  many different materials including brick, timber and a number of different tiles including the magnificent mosaic tiles that are a custom design and were made as a one off for the store, they were designed in Australia and rendered and made in Italy.

We are very proud of this fit-out and are happy to say our client was ecstatic with the end result.

Blackett Commercial recently finished the fit-out of the new Braddon Tailors premises in the Ori Building in Braddon. With a relatively small area and a particular look required we liaised closely with both the client and the designer to ensure we achieved the exact look they envisioned.

Earlier this year Blackett Commercial was chosen as the preferred contractor for the Commonwealth Grants Commission fit-out works at their offices in Braddon. As the works were conducted in a live environment planning was crucial so as to minimise disruption to staff as much as possible, whilst at the same time delivering the works within the strict time frame. This was achieved with the the works being delivered on time as per program. Staff disruption was minimal and they are now enjoying their new space.

In December 2014 we finished major render and awning rectification works for the Body Corporate of The Gateway Apartments in Kingston Foreshore.
The first stage of these works involved the removal of all damaged and rusted render, re-rendering of all affected areas and repainting of the entire building.
Whilst we had full scaffolding to the building the Body Corporate Executive Committee decided to take advantage of the opportunity to replace the rotting timber awnings on the building with aluminum.
