The Salvation Army came to us needing to refurbish the en-suites in their 67-room Aged Care facility in Narrabundah. As the works were being delivered during Covid-19 it was imperative that the highest level of safety and cleanliness was implemented in addition to bringing each en-suite up to current disability guidelines.
The en-suites had not been updated since they were built over 25 years ago, and as a result, presented many challenges and issues. In order to provide our client with a permanent, practical solution we undertook significant rectification works that went beyond our original scope. All of this work had to be delivered within our client’s budget whilst still providing a reliable long term solution.
We are delighted with the exceptionally positive feedback we have received from our client, their nursing staff and the patients families, are are very happy that the works have resulted in an increase in morale from all parties.
