The Nowra Ex-Servicemen’s Club had not been upgraded for many years and was in desperate need of an overhaul. The designer came up with two possible options, the first being the more traditional club look and the second a more stylish “bit out of left field” look and feel. We were delighted that the Club chose the latter.
The works comprised a wholesale renovation of the club’s interior and the building’s facade being repainted to refresh the exterior. In line with the “alternate” design the interiors makeover was comprised of innovative fresh finishes that were not only aesthetically appealing but also practical.
Being an operational Club all works were had to be conducted in a live environment enabling the Club to remain open for the duration of the works. This presented many challenges especially when upgrading the bar but by staging the works and running multiple shifts we were able to deliver our works with absolute minimal disruption to the Club.
