Cento apartments (formally known as Pacific Suite serviced apartments) is an iconic symbol of inner-city living. We were engaged to refurbish 153 apartments across 8 floors from base building. Working in partnership with the Dept of Design and Hive Property, we’re delivering the end-to-end execution of the newly designed spaces using the existing architecture and expansive floor plans to bring this new concept to market.

Challenges: 

• Maintenance of project delivery and timelines against sequencing of works.

• Extensive works involved with the existing structure dating 20 years. 

• Translating the revised design into modernised living solutions using the existing structure.
