The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade engaged us to upgrade the physical security of the RG Casey building. As part of the upgrade they required speedstiles to be installed in addition to security glass for the reception area. We worked closely with the department to further develop their documentation and ensure the scope considered all alleviating any uncertainty or surprises.

Key challenges

• Maintenance of the program while considering COVID-19 delays.

• Ensuring all works met stringent security and compliance requirements.

• Ensuring access to the building always remained open and secure.
