As an established leader in flexible office spaces, Servcorp Canberra engaged us to upgrade their Action and Baton locations to offer flexible, stylish and modern service offerings to their customers. The brief included the provisioning of functional breakout spaces, office environment and recreational spaces that enhanced collaboration and provided space for creativity and innovation. Each site required different solutions resulting in an original flare and concept. 

Key Challenges

• The works were undertaking in a live environment.

• Both offices are located in a duel residential / commercial building requiring works to be scheduled during key periods to reduce noise pollution and disturbance.
